No, 0 mysticism makes them last 15 seconds now. And theres a mesmer skill that allows you to use the next skill as if its attribute is illusion, allowing mesmers to get up to the 16 mysticism elite form level. Only works as Me/D though of course.

Isn't Signet of Illusion an elite? You'd have to do that one mesmer skill that copies someone's elite for 20 seconds before you can use it. :l So no, you don't need Me/D.

The skill used to borrow an elite is Arcane Mimicry. For 20 seconds, Arcane Mimicry becomes the non-form Elite skill from target other ally. So you cant use it on dervish forms, so you have to have dervish as a profession to bring that elite. You also need mesmer as a profession to use Arcane Mimicry to borrow Signet of Illusion. Its only possible as a Me/D because of that.

And about the Me/D thing...you could like...totally also be some kind of D/Me with 0 mysticism, 12 illusion, and arcane mimicry signet of illusions to use your zero spec godform, so...

No, not possible. Signet of Illusions only works on spells. Not forms.
